TimeVault safety tests

Runs 53 checks on a private simulated blockchain inside this page, using fake coins: the original contract tests, 40 random locks with 14 random actions each checked against the rules, and attacks on the app's transaction guard (fake locks, wrong wallets, lying servers, a tampered deployer, the wrong network). It uses exactly the same safety code as the app. No wallet, no real money. Takes under a minute on most devices.
